Dear Principal Investigators of Federally Funded Awards and Research Administrators,

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as the university assesses the various impacts of the Executive Orders being issued by the federal administration and related litigation.  We’re asking for your continued help to ensure that the university complies with the terms and conditions of our federally funded awards.

Contact NU-RES:   If you are contacted directly by the federal funding agency’s program or grant officers or via a prime grantee regarding implementation of the administration’s Executive Orders, please share that communication directly with NU-RES via:  [email protected].

Please do not respond directly to requests for confirmation, certification, or assurances regarding these orders.   NU-RES serves as the authorized organizational representative and will, in consultation with OGC, acknowledge all funding agency/sponsor communications regarding changes to your awards or proposals because of the respective Executive Orders.   We will consult with investigators prior to NU-RES acknowledging the agency’s communication and will share the acknowledgment for your files.
