DESCRIPTION:The presentation will include:\n\nAn overview of the regulatory and ethical considerations the IRB uses to evaluate recruitment\nAn overview of common strategies used for recruitment\nA discussion of how much information needs to be documented and how flexibility can be built into recruitment plans\n\nGoals for the Session:\nParticipants will learn how to design inclusive\, respectful\, and approvable recruitment approaches\, avoid common pitfalls\, and align their methods with IRB expectations. \n  \nThe presentation will take roughly 30-40 minutes with plenty of time for audience questions.
