Note that the meeting is subject to change depending on institutional needs. The meeting is invite only.

Note that only complete and review-ready submissions will be added to a meeting agenda. Studies that still require significant revisions or clarifications will not be assigned for full-board review. Investigators are advised to allow ample time for pre-review to prepare a submission for an agenda. Agendas are finalized approximately two weeks in advance.

Expedited and Exempt reviews are not conducted at convened meetings; these submissions are processed on a rolling basis.
